Yes… I should be asleep but this headache makes it impossible to do so. And then this gem came across my screen and I couldn’t help the laugh that came out. It may hurt to laugh, but I do NOT regret!!!

    For your headache: try an ice pack at your neck, especially if it’s a pesky one that is in your neck as well.
    When I do this I generally am ready for bed any way but I find it relaxes me enough that I can fall asleep without a problem. Also works for those nights when it’s way too hot to sleep since once I’m asleep I generally stay asleep.
    If it’s one of the hard ice packs (not the lunch box kind but the kind for icing a sprain, etc.) it’s hard enough to put pressure on the sore spot and, since you’re lying down any way, you don’t have to try to hold it in place.
    If it’s one of the softer ones it still works you just won’t have the pressure on the sore spot.
