This has made the Facebook rounds, but I wanted to let any of my followers that do not get on Facebook, to know also. Many thanks to Meridian who let me know and shared this post to let me know what to do!
They have all of my stories, and if you clicked on their pages (one got me!) then check your virus protections. But PLEASE check your stories!!!
I checked these sites and they have exact copies of my works under my pen name. This notice came up on my Tumblr so I am sharing it here.
All Fanfiction.net
Stories Have Been Stolen
Dear fanfiction writers,
Please be aware that there are fake websites which have mirrored literally ALL FANFICS from Fanfiction.net.
As far as I can tell, they are near-perfect mirrors, updating in real-time to FFN’s servers.
All of your stories, your profile, everything has been stolen and copied onto the following websites:
http://www.thebuystock.org/
They are making a profit off your stories with advertisements. This is called spamdexing. Please report them. Theft of this hefty magnitude, literally millions of stories, should not go unpunished.
Also, do not attempt to log in to any site that looks like Fanfiction.netbut is not. In theory, they could steal your email and password!
HOW TO REPORT
Go here: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/spamreportform?hl=en
Put in the name of the website (one report each).
Write in additional details:
This is a spamdexing mirror site tohttps://www.fanfiction.net/and has stolen my profiles and intellectual property.
Click “I am not a robot” and then “Report webspam”
Report more by clicking the link on: Go back to the webspam report form.
Writers and fanfic readers should report these websites that profit off our hard work. Stop plagiarism and art theft!
OMG…this is outrageous !
When are these people going to stop stealing other people’s hard work?
Thanks for informing us,going to spread out the news.

Thank you so much Wendy. I checked and those sites must have copied everyone. I checked just one and my info was there. So I reported it. I will go over to fb and tell people there again. This is bad.
Thanks for letting me know.
Be careful going to those sites, some spread malware.
Do not attempt to sign in to any of them with your FF.net name and password. (Most will show an error if you try that, but you really don’t want them to get hold of your account details.) Some ask for credit cards I think — obviously don’t give them anything like that.
Most are clones of FF.net and I don’t think people will stumble onto them and think they’re on the legit site because a) they don’t come up first on a search and b) they mostly don’t work if you try to review or sign in.
Reporting them to FF.net might eventually get them taken down, as these sites are nicking their layout/page design but it seems unlikely given how slow FF.net are to react.
We’ve been talking about it on the WA forum (here if this works: https://www.fanfiction.net/topic/20103/131705606/Fake-site) and most folk decided it was creepy but there wasn’t much we could do about it.
Thanks for letting us know.
Every day I’m just that one step closer to closing out my fanfiction.net account. This shit gets damn old, ya know? Surely there are safeguards they could take to prevent this kind of thing from happening – I’m not a techie so I don’t know what it could be, but damn, there’s gotta be something they could do other than ignore trolls, allow “guest” reviews (I’ve thankfully never had problems with them but I’ve heard from countless others who have), and thievery. We work damn hard on our fics and just do not have TIME to deal with all this extraneous bullshit.

I have taken what chapters I did have on ff off except for the first chapter and then put out a post saying that I will no longer be posting any new content on there. I am very close to closing down my account. What’s the point in having it when you can’t post because people are stealing everyone’s writing and those damn guest reviews.
